Before you request a service

Have these ready when you call or email.

  • Vessel name and IMO number
  • ETA and ETD
  • Berth, terminal or anchorage
  • Length overall and draft
  • The service needed and any special requirements

For some services we also need:

  • Lay up: the vessel particulars, the dates and the expected length of the stay. We come back with a plan and a quotation, prepare and submit the vessel's operating application to the Marine Department for the owner, and prepare the standard operating procedure, emergency response plan and risk assessment for the stay.
  • A berth at the NSC jetty: boat operators apply to register. Send the boat's particulars and how you plan to use the jetty, and we confirm access.
